The key to healthy living

Dad is the healthiest dude. He's fit and can outrun us all. So how does he get that way? Well, he eats right, he exercises, and he takes his vitamins! Check out the vitamins! I am not organized enough to remember to take them 3 times a day, I'm doing good to get one a day. But just so you know, dad can outrun all of us and he doesn't take any prescriptions. Beat that!
